This customer data strategy consulting practice is looking to grow its loyalty strategy team; hiring at a Manager grade, they have the opportunity for a Customer Analytics Specialist to join their team. The work will entail engagement with house-hold brands in the UK, helping them to develop the next generation of loyalty programmes, looking at increasing personalisation of offers and developing predictive analytical solutions to more effectively increase customer buy in and take up.
The successful candidate could be working in a competitor consulting environment or in industry, demonstrating the experience of dealing with large project workstreams within a customer loyalty environment. Specific understanding of “next-best-messaging” and personalisation concepts and solutions will be extremely advantageous. You may have come through a technical route and have a background in predictive modelling within a customer data environment or your route may be more insight and customer strategy driven; either profile could be of interest and the successful candidate will be able to differentiate themselves as someone with a focus on commercial impact and client value.
